Through simple, practical tools and guided exercises, you’ll learn how to bring more ease into daily life, make clearer choices, and feel more confident in yourself. These workshops are about creating a space where insight, support, and practical action come together so you can leave feeling lighter, more focused, and ready to move forward. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing this space for your journey. To make sure our time together flows with ease, here are a few simple guidelines: 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: All bookings are confirmed with payment. This helps us both commit fully to the time we’ve set aside. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Life happens. If you need to move your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can find another time that works. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a used session. For classes and workshops, please give at least 3 days’ notice. Sessions booked within a package are to be rescheduled within the same month. 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞: Each session is created just for you. Arriving on time allows us to enjoy the full experience together. 𝐍𝐨-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬: If you don’t attend your scheduled session without notice, it will be counted as used. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: These sessions are supportive and transformative, but they do not replace medical or psychological care.
